Re: Thread jack in progress. How was the MTM 1.8t chip? I'm thinking of going that route.
very very nice!! besides the quicker acceleration, just totally smoother across the entire power band.

Drove the O.CT one...
Its faaasssst

Power delivery is smooth. Got an average of 26ish mpg on highway with some mixed speeding. Keep in mind that the car i drove is equiped with milltek high flow cat, and a catback exhaust.

I'll be doing a full write-up soon. For now, I cannot recommend it...
The B6 setup I had was awesome, but the B7 software I had tested wasnt logging well. No fix was recommended for the problems by MTM except perhaps I had bad fuel in the car which is not the case as I did full data logging and dyno sessions over multiple tanks of gas. cheers! Mike
