Need Help solving this
Oklong story short, I let a "buddy" borrow my car. he ends up destroying my cylinder head (4 bent valves, 5 broken rockers, all sorts of stuff). Anyway, The head problem has been fixed all is well as far as i know. Now my issue is I get CEL and a P0011 code on my reader, As far as i read, its camshaft sensor timing over advanced or something like that. The only times my car runs strange is mainly during the FIRST cold start of the day (ie has been sitting over night). By strange idle i mean rpms bounce up and down by about 75rpm. Also the whole car shakes from side to side as if being pushed by a strong wind. The bouncing rpm on the first cold start last roughly 2-3 min and then goes away. any rpm range above idle it runs fine. It does have a strange idle (same as formentioned) after any cold start after its first cold start of the day, but to a much less degree. Any warm start or driving everything is fine.
