Problems with engine on "cold" car.

Hello.
I've got a problem, in the morning when I start engine and goes slow, not accelerating I see on my tacho that the inner is like flies. If I accelerate, car goes like "waves", accelerate the dispersal of some slowing.
There is no errors via VAG-Com on engine. And when engine is warm, there is no such problem, but car looses it's power, when it's warm. Any suggestions?

So when cold your accelerate slowly but your tachometer is reving high?

When warm your tachometer and motor rev normally but you feel as though you lack power?

I'm afraid the video doesn't provide any insight for me. I'm not sure if the car was cold/warm or if your were fully acceleratings or just city driving.

Well, the engine was cold and I have just started it. Also it was city driving. Take a look at needle on tacho when I'm just driving with same speed the needle is like up down and car engine sound the same like I'm pressing accelerator and then releasing it.

Questions, and my insight

I do understand the sensation you are experiencing and have noticed it during cold weather cold starts (I live in New Jersey).
My car is a 2.0 tiptronic and I am chipped with APR 91 and 93. I run it in 93 exclusively and this is the program that I noticed the issue. I did not notice it when I put the car into stock or 91 programs and I do not experience it now that the weather has warmed up.

Is your car chipped?
