Random pipe

I found a random copper pipe and dont know where it leads to. When it rains there is water leaking through it so i think its just a run off pipe. Just wanna be sure

That doesn’t look like a stock item. I suspect it’s fitted to the drain hole beneath the battery to alleviate the common blocking up that occurs there.
Not a bad idea actually.

I was under the car doing some work when it started raining and there was water coming out of it. Seems like it is what you said.
