rear diffuser question

Anyone with experience adding an Audi Store accessory described as a "Model Year: 2005+ Rear Diffuser"? (Item Number: 8EC071611A 9AX)

I really like the mesh inserts. What about the Votex rear exhaust diffuser? Can't find any Votex product info on the web?!
