2.0T: How's the engine oil consumption so far?

Does it still have excessive engine oil consumption like the B7?

took a liter of oil at around 3500 miles for me. I would consider that to be a pretty high rate of consumption.

coming from a B7 and probably having the most miles on a B8 around here (17,5xx) I would say oil consumption is pretty much the same as the B7 - although I never thought of it as excessive, I always do get low engine oil warnings before the scheduled maintenance intervals...so excessive? maybe. but had the same experience with my B7...
