2009 2.0T 55k Service Costs
I am a fairly new Audi owner, purchasing my first non-domestic car ever late summer last year. I LOVE the car, it is a 2009 A4 2.0T Prestige CPO. I bought it with about 30k on the odo, now I have 55k and need to get in for the 55k service.
I was hoping to get some insight on a few questions I have. I put tons of miles on cars (about 50k/year), pretty much all highway, so needless to say I'm at the service intervals about every 2-3 months. I received a quote from a dealer for the 55k service, which was about $500..$360 labor, 130 parts. I reviewed the services list, and it didn't seem like much outside of an oil change and tire rotation. Here are my questions:
Am I missing something with the 55k service? Is this more major than Im reading?
What are the major intervals I should be aware of?
I'm fairly handy, and have changed oil in cars previously, should I just DYI? Does that affect the CPO warranty?
Any advice for the high mileage I drive?
I'm planning on driving this for about 3-4 years, put 150k or so. Would it be ok to just change oil/tire rotation/inspect/lube hinges/etc every 10k myself and save a ton of money?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks,
pkstr

This is my second Audi A4. My first was '99.5 A4 1.8TQ that I put about 200,000 miles on in 10 years time. I just followed the manufacturers suggested maintenance intervals. Oil/filter was changed every 5K. As the car mileage closed in on 200,000 miles, had to replace a couple of wheel bearings, rubber hoses, etc....things that I would tend to expect given the age and mileage.
