We too loved our '02 Allroad and would love to move into one next year. I really like the looks of the new iteration. . . but I need a manual. I guess I could live with a S-tronic. . . but I prefer not to.
Now to speculate on pricing: With the difference from a manual to Tip being $1,200 and the difference from manual to S-Tronic being $1,500; and assuming a $1K premium over the avant for the allroad. All other things being equal. . .

Based on this, to make the numbers work, AoA either has to offer a manual in the Avant or Allroad to create a value difference between the two.
