Beware of the marketeers friend: What's said versus what's heard.
What's coming next year are 23 TDI powered cars that are going to drive around the country. At least one of those cars will apparently be an A4 3.0 TDI. The only TDI powered vehicle that's actually mentioned as being for sale in the U.S. is the Q7 TDI. It's either an advertising campaign or a cruel tour of what they won't be selling here depending on your perspective.
