Default BEST COILOVER?

i was wondering which coilover is good. i want to at least lower my car 1.5 inches. I never had coilovers on any of my past cars so im new to this. im trying to find good coilover that arent too expensive..i heard KW,H&R,ST and many others.im looking for something that feels like the stock. i heard many stories of ppl intalling coilover and some say they can feel every bump on the road also heard ppl say they are too bouncy. i did some research and i was planning on getting the H&R coilover cuz they not too expensive and i heard they handle well.i would appreciate if i can get some info.thanks in advance

best to not so good

ohlin - moton - KW V3 - Bilstein - asian stuff

KW is probably best choice when considering $$, they are double adjustable in both bounce and rebound so you can dial in your preferred ride characteristics.

count on ~ $3k if you do the work yourself + alignment costs.

"cuz they not too expensive " if you buy on cost alone, you WILL be disappointed.

I've read that ST is owned by KW and the ST coilovers are only $800

If you read some other forums, it seems that KWs have an issue with the rear coilover sagging over time, at least on B8 Audis. From what I've read, the Bilstein PSS10 is rated well and is much easier to adjust than the KW products.

I have the Bilstein PSS10's and I've been happy with them so far. Great ride and great performance, especially on track with the dampening dialed up.

I have the P10's on my 911. No real complaints, easy to adjust to tweak handling for intended operation, but i believe that the KW's added adjustability would provide a "plusher" ride when asked to so so.
The KWs ARE more challenging to adjust.
P10s have big user friendly *****.
KW = close your eyes and hope to hit the hole with your allen wrench. :-)

best

As I mentioned earlier, I would avoid KWs due to a potential design flaw or manufacturing defect that is affecting B8 S4 owners.
