How can I fix this knowing that both bulbs are working fine. Should i just rest from Carista or whats your advice?

Bringing Audi to Life for Audi Fans
If you're going to troubleshoot your own Audi, the normal tool to have is Ross-Tech VCDS (ross-tech.com). There's another tool that was referenced around here too, that runs on phones/tablets (maybe it was Carista you mentioned). I use VCDS.
Looking into Carista, maybe that was the one some talked about here. I think it used to have a Pro price point that included what I would consider basic functionality. Looks like the pricing model has changed, now you pay $40/year to get the real tool. The paid version should be able to pull the complete DTC data.
