How do I fix code 03020?

How do I fix code 03020?
I keep getting Local data bus code. I’m not sure if it’s related to me replacing one of the reverse lights with the closest one that I could find at Walmart or it has something to do with the center brake light that sometimes decides to not work. Maybe it’s something totally unrelated, I’m not sure🤷♂️ I’ve tried many times to clear it but it just comes back instantly.

Local Data Bus refers to the LIN bus. Nothing to do with the high mount middle brake lamp. The J393 has two LIN buses, one for the key switch and the steering column lock, another for the humidity sensor, alarm sensor, homelink buttons, and (if sedan) the sunroof or (if avant) the sunroof and sunshade. I imagine if your car can start, it's not the important LIN bus. Do you use the HomeLink? Does it work? Do you have DTCs from J255 climate control 0x08 about sensor issues?

No I don't use home link because I don't have a garage, lol and I don't have any code for climate control. My car is a sedan btw.
