If you're still depressed, the A4 B8 with 6-speed tip using launch control, and with APR stage 2+ tune, has been demonstrated to run a 4.6sec 0-60. Our 2010 A4 tip with APR stage 1 will do 5.8sec 0-60, using a firm brake stand at launch.

Would most people normally check the 0-60 MPH time to see the quickness of a car? I know it's not the only data, but it's significant to determine how fast a car can go.

Well yeah, I'd expect a MINI to be quick on it's feet.
But you start comparing apples to apples.... An A4 Avant is pushing 88lbs per HP where the MINI is 13. Like a battleship running up behind a PT boat.
And in a MINI you need to sit on a pillow to help with the harsh ride and earplugs to overcome the noisy interior.

The Minis have nowhere near the refinement of the B8, though. There's a lot more noise and vibration in the cabin. And the Clubman in particular looks horrible, but I guess looks are subjective.
