MMI buttons stuck!

MMI buttons stuck!
hello,
i spilled some coffee, fairly small amount, over the MMI buttons a couple of weeks ago; i tried to clean up whatever i could at the time. now a few of the buttons are really really sticky; they are not stuck yet and everything functions just fine.
does anyone know a way to clean and loosen up the buttons? the dealership states that the buttons are not removable for cleaning.
