Slow Speed Vibrations 2020332/6
Hello Everyone
I purchased my 2010 A4 in November, 2009 and have experienced the slow speed [parking lot speeds] vibrations since date of delivery. After two trips to the dealer where I purchased the vehicle and weeks of communication with Audi care, it was determined that the vehicle was "Operating within specifications" and there was no problem. After my first trip to the dealer, I came to the AudiWorld forms to do some research - I found the TSB info and even told the dealer about the TSB but he said it didn't apply to my car.
A couple more weeks of communication with Audi Care and it was determined that there was no issue. I then took it to another local dealer who test drove and diagnosed the problem on my first visit. Don't settle or let someone tell you there isn't a problem. The first dealer told me the TSB only applied to 2009 year model vehicles... Clearly that isn't true.
