Looks like every code except P1956 (Fuzzy Dice Missing From Mirror.)
If your car is under warranty. Let Audi sort it out. If not, because the check engine light is on, you may have an emmission warranty to cover it.
Did you car go through a hurricane or get flooded? Water up over the engine? If not, good. Lets see what the total picture looks like.
It is mostly sensors reporting incorrect data. This could mean you have a long list of bad sensors, or more likely a problem with the voltage running the modules.
A flat battery, loose connections on the terminals at the battery, or at the distribution point where you attach the charger. The fat cable from the engine to the chassis loose or bad. A bad alternator, voltage regulator, bad serpentine belt, or tensioning device. If the belt slips, the alternator can't produce enough current.
Next, a module that is not sleeping when the car is off, draining the battery, corrosion on the connectors of the modules, or even animals knawing the wiring.
Beyond that you need to do pinpoint tests on each device that is crying for help.

Hey there,
Thanks for the response, I really appreciate it. I'm thinking that maybe it's all having to do with the power for the ecm so that is the first thing I will check. A little info; the car has not had any water damage. The clip on the MAF broke and dropped down, burning on the exhaust. I'm not sure if this caused enough heat to the pins inside the plug to cause damage to the wires or not. Do you happen to know the procedure for pinning out the ecm. I would say I am mechanically inclined but don't know much about electrical components. If you could tell me exactly what I need as far as the best testing tool and the 123...etc. process I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks you so much!

Unfortunately I have not received all the parts I need in order to fix MAF plug. I should get everything by Tues or Wed. I thought if I cleared the codes even with the MAF out of commission it may still work? I guess this is wishful thinking. Does the car need to read the maf after having a short? I'm hoping that this is all it is and I can start it right up after replacing the plug.

If your car is under warranty. Let Audi sort it out. If not, because the check engine light is on, you may have an emmission warranty to cover it.
Did you car go through a hurricane or get flooded? Water up over the engine? If not, good. Lets see what the total picture looks like.
It is mostly sensors reporting incorrect data. This could mean you have a long list of bad sensors, or more likely a problem with the voltage running the modules.
A flat battery, loose connections on the terminals at the battery, or at the distribution point where you attach the charger. The fat cable from the engine to the chassis loose or bad. A bad alternator, voltage regulator, bad serpentine belt, or tensioning device. If the belt slips, the alternator can't produce enough current.
Next, a module that is not sleeping when the car is off, draining the battery, corrosion on the connectors of the modules, or even animals knawing the wiring.
Beyond that you need to do pinpoint tests on each device that is crying for help.

Alright the fault codes that keep appearing
U1113 function limitation due to received malfunction valve
P0651 sensor reference voltage b circuit open
P1440 egr vac regulator solenoid valve open circuit
And in the abs module
01314 engine control module
00473 electronic parking brake control module -j540
Any of that make sense to you
