Trip Computer question/problem! Please Help!

I read about the trip computer in the manual, it says that trip computer 1 resets if the ignition is turn off for 2 hours. I noticed that it wont reset anymore and I don't know why. I go home at night and I still see those data in the morning. It just adds up like the trip Computer 2. It started like this a week ago. I also tried to rest it manually, but it still adds up and wont reset.

If you haven't already tried this, go to the MMI:

Select: Function selector button Car > Instrument cluster > On-board computer 1 and try to reset there.

This method vs holding the button down on the stalk might reset it. If not, time for a service visit.

i tried it and it resets, however it still continue to add up.

This is going to sound really random..

Are you removing the key before you open the door? Or are you opening the door and then removing the key? If my hunch is wrong you might want to see the dealer.
