Trunk problem
Hello guys, i have a big Issue , i have an audi a4 b8 sedan , and trunk Dosen’t open i try from inside , outside (trunk switch) and also from Key , nothing… when i open the trunk from service rope the confort module îs tiking 4 Times and then stop after few moments is tiking again 4 times …. Please help me …

The emergency release cord should mechanically unlatch the lock. No need for power or the J393 or anything. Wonder what is setting off the relays in the J393.
Have you tried pressing down on the trunk in case the latch is wedged. Or lifting up on the trunk in case the lift assist is simply broken?

Might hit up the dealership and ask them what Audi does when the safety release fails to function correctly.
See if there's some cover cap you can pry off to access the latch release directly and try to trip it.
