Light switch settings

Does anyone know what the light switch settings on the left side of the dial do? (The button with cloud and rain, and the one below it). I don't notice any difference in the headlight pattern when I push it.

I believe those are front and rear fog lights.

Front is all weather (wider illumination), rear is dual (left and right) fog lights
