Ordered!
So I've decided to get the new 2017 A4. I've been told to expect delivery in April. I don't have pricing but I've ordered the following
A4 Technik
Tango Red
S Line
Sun shades
Black Interior
Adaptive Dampening Suspension
I am expecting delivery at the end of March/early April.

The US order guide I saw didn't mention any "n/a with" for ADS, I suppose that means that ADS is available for either standard or sport suspension. The question remains if the sport suspension with ADS can be adjusted to towards the standard firmness or in the opposite direction (firmer than sport suspension without ADS). I like the -23mm lower ride height but I don't always like the go-cart feeling.

I am in Toronto and am looking forward to this car for April 2016. My understanding is that the adaptive suspension will support both sport and normal versions through the ADS function. I hope the pricing is similar to the 2016s given the drop in the value of the Canadian dollar.

The damping is adaptive and the range can be selected trough ADS, but a new option for the B9 compared to B8 is the selection (in Europe) between a comfort oriented adaptive suspension (option code 1BL) and a sport oriented adaptive suspension (option code 1BQ). On the B8 there was just one option (1BL).

The US order guide only lists 1BL for adaptive suspension as individual option, which could mean that we will only get the comfort oriented adaptive suspension. I suppose we will need to wait for the first cars with sport package and adaptive suspension to be delivered to see what is actually installed, 1BL or 1BQ.
