Problem with heater

I have a 2018 A4 prestige. Recently, the time for the heater to blow warm air has significantly increased. I used to begin to get warm air even after a block and the temperature gauge was reading below operating temperature. Now the temperature gauge reaches normal operating temperature very quickly but I have not heat. Any suggestions what I should look for? Thanks.

One of the HVAC flap motors may have failed; scan for error codes or since you are likely still under warranty have the dealer check it for you.

You have air in your coolant system. Find an excellent Audi independent mechanic and have him pull a vacuum on the coolant system.
Then add more coolant. Repeat until all the air is extracted. You will have plenty of heat. Do it before winter.
