roof problem

Hi guys,i have an Audi a4 s line soft top 55 plate and had the usual roof problem.i did the reset and it cleared the fault(thanks by the way) but when i open the roof the rear window is not going into the rear compartment and have noticed that there is a material strap that conects that has split does anyone know what this part is called so in can order a new one thanks in advance for any help
