Bluetooth Pairing Problem
Hello, I have a 2017 AUDI A6 i recently purchased I am trying to pair my Iplone8 to the MMI system when i turn on bluetooth on my phone AUDA UH appears its suppose to say AUDI UHV when i try to connect I input the pin but the phone does not connect I took it to the dealer to check to see if there was an upgrade for the mmi but was told its current. does any one know why it saya Auda UH instead of AUDI UHV and why it wont pair. Tried Master reset on MMi but to know avail .Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Read the owners manual since the process for pairing to your phone is well documented.

Is the MMI language set to US English or has it perhaps switched to something else (i.e. Romanian)? Also, did you purchase this vehicle from the dealer in question? If so, I'd drop it at their service shop and tell them that you require them to be able to pair a phone to it. If they can't do it, perhaps they need to do a LOT more troubleshooting.
