Debadge or not debadge......
I debadged the "V8" in my S5 and thinking of doing the same with the "V8T" on the S6 for a cleaner look but will leave the S6 badge in the rear.

Bringing Audi to Life for Audi Fans
IMO, debadging is a purely cosmetic decision if that's your thing. I am reminded of the kids who remove all brand and model references to their small, hot-rodded up, self-painted black matted, Japanese cars with their loud, annoying cherry bomb exhausts and tires poking 2" outside of the fender wells. An extreme case compared to debadging to be sure, but just a thought.

BTW, my sig shows the Supercharger badges missing. I had just had my Xpel installed when I took he photo and they had forgotten to replace them on the fenders. They are now back in place.

Like others said, dental floss or fishing line. I am trying fishing line on mine for the first time. I also bought a cheap heat gun at Harbor Freight. If you use heat, be very careful. Don't concentrate the gun too long on one spot or too close. It will damage the paint. Also be liberal on the goo gone and don't wipe too hard too much before applying more goo gone. I rubbed the paint raw on the last Audi. Looked bad. I am hoping the use of the heat gun will remove the bulk of the glue. That and using stronger fishing line compared to weak dental floss.
