Hold Assist function - problem

Hello everyone!!
I have audi a6 2012 3.0 tfsi Prestige
I have a problem with Acc braking guard, it works after I start car for 5 second and told me after that ACC braking guard its not available and put my car in hand brake automatically. If I turn off car and start again work again for few second and happen the same history
PLASE HELP ME BECAUSE HERE I DONT HAVE A SPECAL SERVICE FOR THAT!!!!!
