Default Jukebox issue

Does anybody have problem with recognizing of artist or album name by jukebox?

I checked carefully every file tegs (artist, album, title etc.). Windows explorer shows that everything is OK. However after copying mp3 files from SD to Jukebox some are not recognized and placed to "Unknown" artist and album folder.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

I had the same problem with a very few of my songs. I also confirmed the ID3 info for each .mp3 file was fine. Jukebox still kept putting the same songs into Unknown.

My solution:
Using iTunes, I converted the unrecognized songs into .mp3 files. Yeah, they already were, but I just converted them again. Deleted the originals and ended up with a copy of the same song, that was identical. For whatever reason, MMI filed it perfectly after the conversion.

Obviously, there was something wrong with the original files, and it was not an Audi or MMI issue. Who knows, who cares. Do this, and you'll be fine.

Teddy you are the BEST!
For 3 days I've been working on iTunes & my files to get all correct!
I got all my 2000 songs & artwork correct but for some reason 1 album I could not get it.
I followed your advice today & now I have artwork to match the 21 songs.

Thanks again much appreciated more then you know!

How often do you go through 2000 songs? That's a lot of music, man.
