Remote Start
First time post !
I just purchased a 2012 A6 prestige 3.0 and would like to know if i can add a remote car starter.
I'm very surprised that Audi doesn't offer them even on the newest models and am curious why.
My 2013 and 2015 Passat tdi came from vw with them,
If anyone has experience with an aftermarket starter on their Audi, what brand is it?
My wife Despises going out to a freezing cold car !!!!

As an FYI, letting a car idle to get warm is not a very good idea. The best way to warm the engine is to drive moderately until the engine warms up. The seat heaters on these cars warm up very quickly, as well. That and the heated steering wheel are superb for winter cold.

Does a great job, costs $600 or so.
