Finishes

You can barely see that anything was done as all the lines are evenly with the lines of the hood, fender, headlights and bumper.
What i love about this is that on a black car you will notice all the swirl marks after just a car wash, with this, you dont see any swirls at all, which makes this installation a great thing to do and well worth the $.

i have two black cars (the Audi/mini) and are 100% swirless. The mini is over a year old and the audi is 4 1/2 months old. all it takes is a proper washing/drying technique

two bucket wash with grit guard's
Quality soap that provides good lubricity
quality wash mitt (not the box store brands
Foam Gun
two high quality drying towels (non box store)
or like in my case a master blaster air force dryer (i dont use towels)
wash from the top down
The only two times my paint gets touched is with the wash mit and my MF applicators/cloths when i seal/wax them.

you could have your car polished to perfection 3-4 times for that price. besides once the wrap gets bad enough it will need to be replaced, have you guys seen what it looks like after a bra is removed... its an insane amount of damage to the point that it needs to be repainted. The self healing properties will only last so long (if it even *really* works) your car will look worse with this after a couple years then just getting it washed at the car wash every week with their "spray on wax"
to each their own i suppose. ill spend $100 a year on good wash/wax materials (of course that's after my initial investment)but thats just me

The installer showed me how they remove the clearbra (keep in mind he did the install for this guy back in late 2005) once he remove the film there was gluey stuff all over the hood, but then he apply some stuff to get the glue off, once the clear bra was off the car looked brand new, the paint was flawless and i was really amazed by it.
i understand its easier to wash and polish/wax the car then to spend a large amount of money on this, but this not only protects the car form swirls but also form rock chips, unless you have like a 1/4 layer of wax on the car, you just wont be able to avoid rock chips and stuff picked up from the road.
now that i got this done, i have the peace of mind that there will be no more rock chips to the front of the car and i have no regrets whatsoever
also there is a 7 years warranty on this too
In my driving area, they use rock salt and grit. You can hear debris hitting the car every time you pass a car going in the other direction. The windshields are etched after five years.
I'm getting paint protection.
