Hey,

Do you know if i can change the center console? I have this one:

But I would like to have this one wit hthe door:

Can I replace just the part with the bottle holes?

Can be done. Others on here have done it. Try search for "cup holder" or "European cup holder". Be aware that the cup holders in the one with doors are smaller so if your preference if for the very large coffee cups popular in the US then they will not fit.

You may also have issues with the wood grains not lining up.

The hidden cup holder setup is what is fitted outside of North America. Note the cup holders are a tiny bit smaller in diameter since the folding lid needs space to retract into. When fitting these to cars with the wood trim the grain unfortunately won't match 100% but it does look better than two open holes in your console, IMHO.
