Emergency Control Module replacement
Has anyone else had to replace this? This all started in early September when the MyAudi app stopped communicating with my 2019 A6 Prestige. I kept getting Connection Failure errors. After going back and forth with the people on the Audi Talk support group for 6 weeks my car was due for the 40K service. It has been in there for two days and they are now replacing the Emergency Control Module. Surprisingly the deal had this part in stock which makes me believe failures are quite common.
Has anyone else had to have this replaced? Intermittently I have seen SOS call malfunction errors that came and went - I chalked it up to bad cell strength. But now believe it was this module going bad.
