Missing MMi code

Dear Audi experts,

I bought a pre-owned 55 TFSI quattro sedan recently.
Altough I am 48 yrs old, unfortunately I am a beginner in Audi topics so sorry for asking stupid or previously discussed questions.

1.) Unfortunately the 10 digit MMI code is unknown.
I asked the previous owner (who was the 2nd owner) but no luck.
I'm wondering if I present my version of the car sale agreement in an Audi service station will they be able to give me this MMI code?

2.) Also pls help me on the quattro platform as I heard that there are many versions available.
For this type of car the quattro drive is
permanent or it is front biased and only if needed then it becomes 4 wheel drive?

55 TFSI is QUATTRO Ultra, meaning FWD with rear wheels enraging when traction is low.
As for the MMI key, a dealer should be able to provide it, got it from mine, was the second owner and no contact from the first owner.
