Default 2003 A6 2.7T auto - ABS code - Brake Pressure Sensor 1 (G201)

I have ABS and ESP light on. Code:

01435 - Brake Pressure Sensor 1 (G201)
57-10 - Electric Circuit Failure - Intermittent

Where is the G201 pressure sensor located?
To source the sensor:
Part name?
Part number?
Maybe good source?

Want this done soon.

Thanks.

Most likely you have a bad electronic ABS control unit. It can be easily removed and sent out for repair. I happened to buy a used one off ebay for $150 or so (get the EXACT same number) and it worked fine on my 2K4.2A6. I subsequently sent my old one off to get it repaired for about $80 so I have a spare.

The point is that this failure is common and it's internal to the ABS electronic box that is mounted with six torx screws to the side of your ABS hydraulic pump and valve unit that is in your engine compartment near the brake booster.

I have sent out 4 or 5 Audi ABS module for repair. But none of those showed a Brake Pressure Sensor code.

Where is the sensor located?
What VAGcom block shows the read out of the sensor?
Could also swap a sensor over from another 2.7T I have (2002 Allroad).

Need to first rule out that it is NOT the sensor (and more likely the module).

Sensor appears to be bolted onto the hydraulic control unit.

G201 is NOT part of the ABS control unit. I'm trying to find a PN for a replacement.. I'm honestly about to pull the reference up/down as mine is reading -0.33 to -0.65 bar with the pedal not pressed and half the time it's making my ESC controller freak out and disable ESC/ABS. It reads fine when the pedal is pressed, but it's clearly threaded and not integral to the Bosch 5.3 unit itself (it sits below it).

8E0 907 597, but to be sure, the PN should be stamped/etched on your original part.

I could only really read the Bosch PN while it was in the car.. 0265005303. There's another PN below it ending in 31B01328. It could still be a problem with the ESC under the carpet or wiring, but I'm going to try the sensor I guess.
