A6: Cold start shift problem!

A6: Cold start shift problem!
Hey! Sorry if I'm in the wrong spot. :s
I have a 2006 Audi a6 quattro 3.2. Recently I've been having problems after not moving the car for more than a few hours.
Here's what happens: Starts up normally. When I take off, the auto transmission won't shift past 2nd, and the rpms jump like crazy. When I stop
the car, it starts vibrating a LOT. The light for the ESP came on once. If I shut off the engine and turn it back on, it all goes away.
Took it to Audi, they said there were no codes for the transmission cu and theycouldn't find anything wrong with it.. I was thinking maybe an ABS issue?
