Default A6 and S6 differences..
Ok, i'm sure y'all are sick of my n00bie questions, but what is the difference between the S6 and the A6? Reason why i ask is i was thinking about debadging my 4.2 and adding the S6 badge, and i don't want to do this until i find out the details and differences. Also, does anyone have a picture of the S6? Tia..

S6s imported into the U.S. were all Avants. Re-badging a 4.2 will make you teh PREMANENT n00b.

Default S6 was only available as an Avant in N.A., differences are...
Camshafts
Intake Manifold
Exhaust Manifold
Fuel pump
Fuel injection
Cooling system

Probably a few other things..

Default Ya know what would be cool.....Is if someone did a S6 engine rebuild in their 4.2 sedan...
That would earn you the right to put the S6 badges on the trunk.

But it would be extremely costly and maybe not worth it.
