Best solution for adding subwoofer

The LOCB is a type 2 and is defined as:
Add amps to BMW's, Bose systems, Ford premium sound head units & Toyota differential output radios.
So I guess this is the one for me. Now where is the best place to find pre-amp wiring to hook it up? Would it be behind the radio? Maybe in the Bose enclosure in the trunk?
I also think I will need a trigger device for remote on functions. So I guess I will get a Trigger Speaker (TRIGSPKR) and connect it to a pair of the speaker leads coming from the rear speakers. The TRIGSPKR will sense when you turn on the source unit and will provide a 12-Volt turn-on signal to the amp.

LOCB
