check engine light on

hi my check engine light its being coming on and off when it wants.
my car its a A6 1998 2.8 30v
i scan my car today and the codes i got are
3 Faults Found:
18010 - Power Supply Terminal 30: Voltage too Low
P1602 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
16502 - Engine Coolant Temp. Sensor (G62): Signal too High
P0118 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17604 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor Heater Circuit: B1 S1: Electrical Malfunction
P1196 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

any ideas how to check it and fix it??
