This was SO PERFECTLY HELPFUL!
Thank you soooo soooo much for this ridiculously perfect explanation of this sort of awkward at times process. My longtime experienced mechanic friend got a little flustered when we got to the special tool/two flatheads counter pressure to twist basket into open position. I've never seen that man ever Google anything or watch a video or look at pics online for anything mechanical, but as I read him your post as he went, he realized it was helpful and had me open the pics through that part and everything. First for everything, I guess. It worked, and my Audi is back in action after a long couple weeks deadsies.
