Help with P1131 code......

2000 4.2....got the check engine light on and was told that it was the P1131 man. control fuel air monitoring.....First of all does this sound common and what will I need for a fix? I was told an O2 sensor, but which one should I replace, the car has 4 of them....Thanks!

bank 2 sensor 1 i think

Check O2 sensor heating, if it fails then Test O2 sensor wiring and actuation

Not that I know what any of that means...
