More info on AmD / MotoDyne 4.2L Supercharger
I sent an inquiry to AmD and this is the response I got:
Hi Brian
The system is from Motodyne in your country, we are obviously doing a good job of making the public know its available. Here is there address to check out what has to said, is the best kit in the world to enhance the true potential of your Audi. http://motodyne.com/frames/Tuner_Flexsystem. Robert is the main man there so I would recommend you contact them directly.
If you have any difficulty in getting the kit fitted or mapped to suit your car, we are more than willing to fly out to you, fit the kit and set it up on the dyno to optimise the true potential of the S4.
Please contact us again if there is anything further we can do to assist you in getting this great product fitted to your car.

As far as I can tell, AmD must have looked at the MotoDyne kit and felt that it is a good kit for them to put their name on it.
