Ongoing problem
When you say power to it - do you mean power to the motor, or power to some control unit ( i don't know that unit specifically)? There are both high and low pressure switches, could one be faulty? Thermal over-ride faulty?

The power to the compressor is really just power to the electromagnetic clutch.
You should be able to even test the electromagnetic clutch without the engine on...disconnect the wire that powers the clutch and put 12v to it..should hear a click and even physically see it close the gap. If not, you have a failed clutch.
