problem with key...

Another problem...my key will not unlock the doors or lower the windows (manually). The key works fine in the ingnition, the truck (full use in trunk) and it will lock and raise the windows. The key will not turn counter clockwise to unlock the car... Am I missing something??? - the key is the switchblade master key. I use the remote to unlock the doors.

Sounds like the door lock mechanism itself or a connection.
