Your key may have lost its code...
Try to recode it...get within a couple feet of your driver's door. Hold the lock or unlock button of your fob for a couple seconds. Then lock or unlock the drivers door with the key. You may have to do this a couple times. This should work.
If not, your fob may have died.
Not shure about the windows not opening/closing...are you holding it in position long enough? Some controller issue?

JUST TRIED IT DIDENT WORK. I TRIED DIFFERENT REMOTE NO LUCK. IS FOB SHORT FOR REMOTE?
ALSO I GET BEEPING WHEN DOOR IS OPENED
LIKE THE LIGHTS ARE ON. NOT SURE WHATS GOIN ON
