Default Remote Problems?
2004,C5 CVT 3.0 L
Lately I find instances when the remote won't lock the car and I have to resync it to the car by using the key. It's happened more times in the last 2 months than during the last 4 years. Also sometimes when the car is unlocked and I just open the driver's door, the alarm sounds.
The dealer says everything checks out OK. Could it be the remote battery is getting weak?

Might be, I would just swap the battery in the remote.

Replace the batteries(2), should be CR1620 style IIRC
