Stoney finally gets a ticket (Santa Cruz Co, CA, CHP). Should I fight?

For CA this is (IMHO) clearly your best choice
If you go to court, you may, depending on the judge, have given up the option of school. Do the school on-line, its not a big deal. It doesn't sound like your likely to get another ticket in 18 months, in which case it will be like this never happened. Only if you get one in 18 months do you really need to decide to fight it. School (with mo record) is such an easy option, I wouldn't chance losing it.
