The problem was not fully addressed in my opinion ....
The clamps help but the part should have a reinforced neck much like a radiator hose. They all fail at the same point. I just bought 2 new TBBs and the design has not changed. The failure will certainly occur more frequently with added pressure and more frequent runs at high pressure. It happens on unchipped cars as well. I would expect that a sedate driver in a stock car would be able to get by for a long time without blowing it but if you run you car on the hard side frequency will go up. If you chip your car the frequency will go up again. I do drive it hard, I do run the Xchip but they blow all too easy, last one went for less than 500 miles. Worry about it... nothing to worry about, just replace it if it blows (15.00 or under warranty). If you want to prevent it you can get one from AWE that is Kevlar wrapped or get Bi-pipe. If you are stock and drive on the conservative side I wouldn't worry about it. It may or may not blow, if it does the car still runs, just no boost. You need to replace right away, so just keep a spare around.
