Why is everything going wrong...
Now my rear sunshade is not working.
My 2.8 only has 33,000 on it.
I just got it 1 month ago and was fine when purchased and is certified. But should I expect so much to go wrong with her.
I know this is unlike an Audi for I also own a A4
Let me tell you, my dealership has VASTLY IMPROVED the time it takes to get an appointment. Back in September, it 3 weeks to wait for an oil change. Now, I see to be able to get in the day after I call.
They said they were hiring more mechanics. I guess they did.
My point is, not to rub this in your face, but to metion that there were quiet a few, me included, people moaning about wait times for service.
Each dealership is different, obviously. Though January does sound a little ridiculous.
What part of the country are you in?
BUT...when I came to pickup my car. The salesman hands me one key (broken key ring no less). I say I thought it came with two keys, etc. He says well it's "pre-owned" so that's how it is. I grit my teeth, and leave as I've already signed the papers.
The next day, I contact the dealership customer service person, and explain that when I buy this caliber car, used or not, I expect certain things, and not little gottchas.
Customer service and the sales manager rectified the problem the next day.
Point: Little stupid things like this leave a bit of a sour taste. I'm happy it was resolved, but fact is it shouldn't have happened period. Not on an Audi Certified car at least.
