2008 Audi A6 3.2 Quattro Engine Problem
Right after i could feel the car runs better and ignition is a lot easier. But just a day after i had trouble starting the car in the rain, had to crank it 3 times and also there seems to be a couple misfire when i start the engine. I typically asked the dealer if there is carbon build up in the engine but they said it's just the leaking injector...how come the car is still having trouble start??
I personally LOVE audi, and no matter how bad or unreliable their cars are i am still gonna keep my Audi, but the car only have 2 months warranty left and i want to get everything fixed before it expires.
Should I take it to Audi again and demand a full check on the engine??
Ps: i've been using high grade gas and driving non-aggresive too, i usually like to keep the RPM below 2k
PS: These car are not meant to be driven like that... There meant to get out on the autobahn and run 100mph all day. Actually, mine runs better when I get it out and run the engine over 3k rpm for extended periods over 30-45 minutes under load. It helps keep the valves clean, they get nice and hot and burn off the build up. Trying to keep the engine below 2k rpm is a ridiculous notion IMO and could be adding to your problem. A lag taking off after you apply throttle could be the tranny axial seals leaking pressure or the torque converter.
