Damaged One Tire - now what?

Where does it wear out most - front or back? You can get 2 new tires now, then 2 a bit later
You could balance it with 2 new front tires and 2 old rear tires, or 2 old front tires and 2 new rear tires. And then in a 3-4 months, you can replace the other 2 old tires.
