Interior trim removal/install?

Looking for confirmation that the fake wood trim pieces (on each door and over the glove compt) are clip in/out. Also, want to remove the center console piece (surrounding tranny shifter). Can anyone provide some detailed steps on how to remove?....thx....

I probably used that thread also when I replaced my center console wood trim piecs. Overall, the R&R process went fairly well. I replaced the original part becuase it had a bad scratch in the upper right area. The trim on the doors and above the glove box just clip in - use a plastic trim removal tool to pry out. But be careful – the male part of the clip (on the trim) can easily break. Why are you removing that trim? Replacing the S–Line trim with something else?

Going to try my hand at the Carbon Fiber look wrap on those pieces. Any other advice/steps for the center console piece beyond what's in the earlier thread?......thx
