O2 Sensor Errors

My engine light just came on and I'm getting the following error codes and could use some help.
P0135 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1
P0133 Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor Bank-1 Sensor-1
P1196 Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor Heater Circuit B1 S1, Electrical Malfunction
P2251 O2 Sensor Negative Current Control Bank 1 Sensor 1 Circuit / Open

I assume these are all caused by the O2 sensor failing. I've tried looking up parts and find a wide range of prices and upstream or downstream. Can someone please point me in the right direction? Is this the upstream or downstream? What part number do I need and what cost should I expect?

Sensor 1 is the upstream sensor located in the exhaust manifold. Bank 1 is on the drivers right hand side (passenger side) and I believe that would still be the case no matter what side the steering wheel is on. Although you may be able to get to the sensor without removing anything else, I found that since the airbox is so easy to remove it makes a lot of sense to just remove it and then you have all the room in the world. I bought a replacement on Fleabay for around $35 and it hasn't given me any issues since I put it in.
